The Edgewood Parks & Recreation committee is in the process of
developing a Master Plan for community recreation programs and
facilities. In order to gain input and ideas from the community, the
Committee is holding a public meeting on Friday, June 16 from 6:30pm -
8:30pm at Edgewood Elementary School.
The Parks & Recreation committee would like public input to
identify and prioritize which types of activity programs, facilities and
equipment are desired by the Edgewood community. Open discussion and the
exchange of useful ideas will be a focus of the scheduled meeting.
Topics may include, but are not limited to, youth programs, adult
activities, sports, arts, potential facilities and their uses.
We encourage all those interested to attend this important meeting.
Bring your ideas and share them with the group. An interest survey will
be conducted at the meeting. The Master Plan is scheduled to be
completed in July
