6.      PUBLIC HEARING: 

A.  AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE PETITION BY THE OWNERS OF A MAJORITY OF APPROXIMATELY 17,703 ACRES OF TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS TO THE NORTH  BOUNDARY OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWOOD TO ANNEX THE TERRITORY.

a.         Lands  of  Bernalillo  County,  East  of  and  including  NM14:

A  certain  tract  of  land  being  in  Sections  or  portions  of  Sections  1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24,  Township 11 North, Range 6 East,  Bernalillo  County,  New  Mexico,  which  said  tract  of  land  includes  the  NM14 right-of-way  easement,  and  comprising  approximately  8508  acres. 

b.        Lands  in  Bernalillo  County,  West  of  NM14,  and  South  of  and  including  a  portion  of  La  Madera  Road:

A  certain  tract  of  land  being  a  southerly  portion  of  “Triangle  Ranch”,  being  a  portion  of  the  San  Pedro  Grant  situated  in  Township  11  North,  Range  5  East,  and  in  Township  11  North,  Range  6  East,  and  also  including  Tract  D-2  of  the  Plat  of  “La  Madera  Road  Alignment,  Together  with  Tracts  D-1  and  D-2,  Mountain  Ranch”,  and  also  that  certain  tract  of  land  being  the  right-of-way  of  La  Madera  Road  that  lies  adjacent  to  the  aforementioned  southerly  portion  of  “Triangle  Ranch”,  and  comprising  in  total  approximately  590  acres.

c.        Lands  in  Sandoval  County,  South  of  and  Including  NM14:

A  certain  tract  of  land  being  the  southerly  portion  of  “Sandoval  Mountain Springs Ranch”,  being  a  portion  of  the  San  Pedro  Grant,  situated  within  projected  Sections  21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 33, 34, 35, and  36,  Township 12 North, Range 6 East,  Sandoval  County,  New  Mexico,  which  said  tract  of  land  lies  south  of  and  includes  NM14  right-of-way  easement,  comprising  in  total  approximately  1430  acres.

d.        Lands in  Santa  Fe  County,  South  of  and  including  NM14:

A  certain  tract  of  land  being  “South  Mountain  Ranch”,  being  a  portion  of  the  San  Pedro  Grant  and  a  portion  of  the  Canon  del  Agua  Grant,  situated  within  projected  Sections  5, 6, 7, 8, 17, 18, 19,  and  20,  Township  11 North,  Range 7 East,  and  within  projected  Sections  17, 19, 20, 29, 30, 31,  and 32,  Township 12 North,  Range 7  East,  Santa  Fe  County,  New  Mexico,  which  said  tract  of  land  lies  south  of  and  includes  the  NM14  right-of-way  easement,  and  also  includes  NM344  right-of-way  easement,  comprising  approximately  6480  acres.

e.        Lands  in  Santa  Fe  County,  NM344  R/W,  and  County Road 18 R/W  (Entranosa  Road),  and  County  Road 3A  R/W (Broken Arrow Trail):

A  certain  tract  of  land  being  the  NM344  right-of-way,  and  the  County  Road  18  right-of-way  (Entranosa  Road),  and  the  County  Road  3A  right-of-way  (Broken Arrow Trail),  and  situated  across,  within,  or  adjacent  to  Sections 19, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 30, 33,  and  34, within  Township  11  North,  Range  7  East,  Santa  Fe  County,  New  Mexico,  and  portions  of  Sections  3  and 4,  Township  10  North,  Range  7  East,  Santa  Fe  County,  New  Mexico,  and  comprising  in  total  approximately  55  acres.

f.         Lands  in  Santa  Fe  County  between  County  Road  18  and  Campbell  Ranch:

Certain  tracts  of  land  being  the  eastern  one-half  of  Section  19,  and  the  western  one-half  of  Section 20,  Township  11  North,  Range  7  East,  Santa  Fe  County,  New  Mexico,  and  comprising  approximately  640 acres.
