Though commercial work in steel and aluminum is a mainstay of our business, we love houses. Wood. Adobe. Straw. Even techy EPS foam panel homes.  

Our first whole-house project was in 1978 - a solar adobe with an attached vaulting solarium and a custom designed "bread box" water heating system - still working perfectly twenty years later.

Styles have changed since then, but we think good design looks good at any age.

And there are other building systems which meet "green" standards. We design to energy efficiency standards whatever the required or desired construction type - structural foam panels, straw bale or frame-stucco.

Solar orientation and "super" (R-38 roof) insulation are standards in our practice. Low-e, insulated glazing is standard. We take energy use seriously.
