Challenges
- VWV
and its partners will operate the project with a “no surprises”
philosophy. Operational surprises are always costly from both a social and
economic point of view to all involved.
- The
community must examine the economic benefits and the environmental effects
of similar CBM operations in the US and Eastern Canada.
- The
project will need the cooperation of the BC Government and local city
government(s) having project oversight.
- The
well tests must bear out the fundamental project assumptions.
