Wage Support, Bonds and Tax Credits

directly to the creation of new jobs over a given period.

In a Build To Suit environment, a building that is
40,000 sq. ft, and depending on the embellishments, is likely to be $8.00 to
$10.00 per sq. ft annually for a five year lease with three renewal
options. These figures are only
