Wage Support, Bonds and Tax Credits

Technical Transition Program
- Alliance for the Communication of Technology, a mentorship program for high-tech startups.

Environmental permit assistance
- The New Mexico State Department of Business Development will assist in this area upon request.
Leasing Rate
In a Build To Suit environment, a building that is 40,000 sq. ft, and depending on the embellishments, is likely to be $8.00 to $10.00 per sq. ft annually for a five year lease with three renewal options. These figures are only intended to be general guide lines.
