A new concept in automotive marketing, Land
Rover Centres are being built across the country in response to the demand for sport
utility vehicles. In Albuquerque, we have built our Centre on 2.4 acres just west of
Interstate 25 on Alameda Boulevard.
There are now fifty seven Land Rover Centres. They are
dedicated franchised dealerships, offering premium
Land Rover-built
four-wheel drive vehicles and other pre-owned sport utility
vehicles.
They form the first network of stand-alone,
exclusively four-wheel drive dealerships in the U.S. Customers can expect to find expert
sales and service staff to assist them with all aspects of
purchasing a four-wheel drive vehicle. The Albuqerque Land Rover Centre itself is 15,600 square feet with a 2,800 square foot
showroom and 7,200 square foot
vehicle
service facility.
A unique feature of the Centre will be
an off-road demonstration track for use on test
drives.
The Centre is staffed by a team of
sales and service personnel who are experts on four-wheel
drive vehicles and who are themselves four-wheel drive enthusiasts. This team works
together to ensure complete customer service and satisfaction. In addition, the Centre
offers vehicle accessories, off-roading information,
customer
events and other features associated with the four-wheel drive lifestyle.
The Albuquerque Land Rover Centre is
designed to look and feel like a combination hunting lodge and garden centre. The interior
of our facility is a large, open showroom with smaller,
enclosed areas for sales and service consultations.
Large glass windows let light spill through
onto the wooden floor and ceiling beams. In the middle of the showroom floor is a 16-foot
compass rose inspiring outdoor (and off-road) adventure. In addition, our Centre has a
large vehicle service facility staffed by six expert 4x4
technicians who are fully trained and qualified to service all Land Rover models.
