Alumni President
Sandia Prep’s Alumni Association president for 1999-2001 is Tricia Murphy, ’86. She is looking for volunteers and those interested in working on the association. Besides building a Career file of alumni to use at the school, Tricia wants to increase alumni involvement with Sandia Prep.

Field Trips
Along that vein...during the school year, there is an occasional need for alumni to accompany field trips. If this sounds interesting, let Susan Walton know you are available (e-mail or call her at 505/344-1671) for a half-day or all-day bussed field trip, or maybe even a weekend Outdoor Leadership Program trip in New Mexico.

Alumni news is published in our school magazine, PrepPost. Our last issue was mailed June 18, 1999. If you are not currently receiving the publication, please contact Susan Walton to be added to our mailing list. Events & Reunions 

Homecoming
Homecoming 1999 will be held on the Sandia Prep campus Friday afternoon, Sept. 24, and Saturday, Sept. 25. As most alumni know, this is a schoolwide, fall sports event with lots of free games to watch and students, parents, faculty and other alumni to chat with. The Parents Association will organize the amazing hamburger/hot dog barbecue for all the athletes (for free) and for the families and friends (for a cash offering).

Winter Reunion
The Winter Reunion is held on campus almost always on the last Saturday in December. That would be Dec. 25, 1999, so the alumni have selected Sunday, Dec. 26. Everyone is invited to this event — bring a spouse, friend or classmate!

Alumni/Senior Lunch
The annual Alumni/Senior Luncheon will be held on campus at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, June 2, 2000. Everyone is invited! Commencement ceremonies will be held on campus Saturday, June 3, 2000.
